ORDERS BY PHONE: Call us between 8am-6pm pacific standard time.  We accept Visa and Master Card. No C.O.D.

ORDERS BY FAX: Your orders can be faxed anytime! Credit card orders only. Please print out and complete this order form. Be sure to leave us a telephone number in case we need to contact you. Please do not forget to sign your name.

ORDERS BY MAIL: Mail orders can be placed with a personal check, money order, or by credit card. Print out and complete this order form. Mail it back to the address provided. Please make out checks or money order to: The Original SuperHanger. Do not send cash. No C.O.D.

ORDERING GIFTS IS EASY: We are happy to send the items you are purchasing as gifts wherever you would like. Just complete the ‘gift’ section of the order form. We will inform the recipient the gift is from you.

SHIPPING: We ship by FedEx unless requested otherwise. Shipping and handling will be added to your invoice. For rush orders there is an additional charge.

INCORRECT SHIPMENTS: Incorrect shipments must be reported within seven days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Defective merchandise purchased within the last thirty days will be allowed for exchange or refund.

DELIVERY: Payment with money orders or credit cards ship within 5 working days. Check orders will ship within 3 weeks. If we can not fill your order within the time allotted we will notify you of the shipping date and give you the option of canceling your order.

PRIVATE LABEL AND CUSTOM COLORS

CUSTOM ENGRAVING (minimum order 500): If you are ordering for a special event, please specify the date required on the order form in the comments section. Production time begins after we receive payment of 50% of the total order and your purchase order and artwork are in our hands and approved for use. Depending on how many pieces are ordered, will determine how long it will take for production. However, orders for 1000 pieces requires sufficient lead time plus 5 working days for manufacturer.  There are additional charges for expedited delivery.

ENGRAVING FEES: Original black and white camera ready artwork of your image is required. Logo area is 3 1/4 wide x 1 1/8 tall. An actual steel plate insert will be made. A one-time cost of $495 will be charged. 

CUSTOM SUPERHANGER COLORS (minimum order 500): Standard colors are black, silver, pearl pink, and pearl white. Non-standard Pearl and solid colors are available at an additional $.35 per SuperHanger. For simulated textures please call for pricing.  Note: colors reproduce differently and exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS AND ALTERATIONS: All artwork will be approved with a signature. Once an order is in production no changes or cancellations can be made.
